    Summary

Too often lawyers do not take enough time to properly prepare a client for a deposition. They forget to provide the general advice all plaintiffs should be given before their deposition is taken. Your job is to ensure your client is prepared for the deposition with a clear understanding of the purpose of the deposition, the role of the defense attorney during the deposition, what to expect and how to respond to questions asked during the deposition.

In this webinar Eric Schloss will share what he does to thoroughly prepare every client for a deposition.
