Join us in recognizing our Member of the Month!

Che is an integral part of the SFTLA community, a member of our Diversity Committee, and participant in our Summer Trial Advocacy Fellowship Program as a passionate mentor.

He has represented members of diverse communities throughout Northern California since his admission to the State Bar of California in 2005. Che has represented clients in all Bay Area counties, in both State and Federal courts, in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense, civil rights, employment litigation, civil defense, and administrative law, and has been on the front lines of pressing issues in these evolving areas of the law, including an appellate win in the Supreme Court of California related to medical marijuana under the Compassionate Use Act and Medical Marijuana Program Act.

Thanks, Che!
