This program provides plaintiff attorneys with knowledge, ideas, arguments, and tools to counter defense abuses by helping them rethink mental examinations and take control of the mental exam process.  Plaintiffs, who have suffered mental, psychological and brain injuries, should not be subjected to unrestrained defense interrogators who rely upon secret tests to misrepresent the cause or extent of their damages.
