Donald de Camara, ESQ runs the Law Offices of Donald M. de Camara- specializing in plaintiff's personal injury and insurance litigation, medical/insurance lien defense. He is a sole practitioner in Carlsbad, CA specializing in lien litigation and resolution. He has been a member of Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) Lien Legislation Sub-Committee since 2000. Mr. de Camara has lectured at more than 100 trial lawyers' seminars throughout California about liens and has presented three nationwide webinars on ERISA liens. He has had more than a dozen articles on liens published in various trial lawyer magazines. He was the recipient of the 2006 "President's Award" from Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. 

Jennifer Fiore is partner at Fiore Achermann in San Francisco where she focuses on catastrophic personal injury, sexual abuse, product liability, public entity, railroad, maritime and other torts. Since 2015, she has been named a Northern California Super Lawyer. Ms. Fiore became a fellow of the American Bar Foundation in 2014. She was named one of the National Trial Lawyers Association's Top 40 Under 40 in 2012, and for each year during 2009 through 2011, she was named a Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Star. She is proud to be a member of the team that received the Trial Lawyer of the Year Award from Public Justice for the Lead Paint Case in 2014. 

Amanda Greenburg is the Director of Medicate Compliance at Archer Systems which provides claims administration and litigation support services to firms nationwide. She specializes in the evolving area of Medicare Set Asides. 

Andrew McDevitt is shareholder at Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger. Prior to attending UC Hastings College of the Law, Mr. McDevitt graduated magna cum laude from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo with a degree in mechanical engineering. He has worked on a broad spectrum of personal injury and wrongful death cases, with an emphasis on product liability, automobile and trucking defect and collision cases, premises liability, government tort liability, and civil rights violations. He is active in and participates on various committees of the SFTLA and the Bar Association of San Francisco. 

John J. Rice is the principle in THE LIEN PROJECT, a practice focused on helping Plaintiffs’ attorneys and their clients resolve medical liens and reimbursement issues in their personal injury cases. John is also an active trial lawyer representing Plaintiffs in personal injury matters. He often associates with other Plaintiffs counsels in cases to address medical special damage issues. He has a special interest in representing disabled Californians in disability rights actions. John has presented at numerous continuing legal educations seminars for Plaintiffs’ attorneys throughout the State of California. He has chaired the annual CASD Lien Update Seminar since its inception in 2002.

Scott Sumner specializes in plaintiff’s personal injury, catastrophic injury, product liability, wrongful death, premises security, construction and industrial accidents, and more. He lectures in topics of trial practice, medical
reimbursement claims and the collateral source rule for multiple organizations including: CAOC, ACCTLA, SFTLA and National Business Institute.

Dan Wilcoxen is the senior partner of Wilcoxen Callaham, LLP, handling catastrophic personal injury, product
liability and medical malpractice cases. He teaches how to deal with medical insurers, Medi-Cal, Medicare and
ERISA liens. He successfully handled an ERISA lien case before the U.S. Supreme Court, 3 lien cases before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal, and 3 lien cases before the Third District Court of Appeal.
