Often Overlooked Damages

-The Plaintiff’s Deposition. One of the best opportunities to reduce the value of your client’s case is your client’s deposition. Small, correctable mistakes can significantly limit case value. How can your client’s basic, seemingly simple non-verbal and verbal communication be improved?

-Capturing the Plaintiff’s Story, through Friends and Family. Paper demand letters and mediation briefs make it exceedingly difficult to tell a compelling story, and show the defense what trial will look like. How can you cost-effectively tell the story through a documentary?

-In-Home Care. How do we track and prove the value of the in-home care our client received from friends and family?
