Proving MTBIs & Other Difficult Injuries with Graphics & Animations

*Please note that in order to attend this MCLE you must verify with your registration that your practice consists 100% of plaintiffs in civil actions*

The Program:

You have seen the progression of Steve’s visual techniques he uses at trial to move from power points to 2D animations, and now 3D animations. These presentations have been taken to whole new level and turbocharge the presentation of cases.

The focus of his talk will be integration of animations into presentations, expert testimony, and “day in the life” videos for both settlement and trial purposes. There will be multiple examples of TBI cases along with some other interesting and complex injuries.

Attendees will receive thumb drives with exemplar presentations with concepts they can use in their own practices.

Steve Stein (Chair) is a partner in the Brady Law Group. Beginning in 1979 he was a sole practitioner focusing on medicine and medical legal issues. He also practiced mediation and received the SFTLA Mediator of the Year award in 2002. Steve transitioned to Mass Tort work for about ten years starting in 2004. He was a member of the Board of SFTLA for over twenty years and now serves on the Board Advisory Committee. He works with Steve Brady in the development of the multi-media presentations that have contributed to Steve Brady’s excellent case results. Steve grew up in New York City and attended St. John’s University School of Law. Before starting his practice of law he was one the producers of PBS’s national public affairs series, “The Advocates” which was created by Professor Roger Fisher of Harvard, the author of the seminal mediation writing, “Getting to Yes”.

Steve Brady is the principal trial lawyer at the Brady Law Group. He has tried over 70 jury trials to verdict and represents individuals in personal injury and wrongful death cases. He is a front runner in the use of multi-media presentations at trial and frequently speaks before local trial lawyers associations on all aspects of trial practice. He maintains an “open door” policy for other plaintiff trial lawyers and has assisted many in preparing “visual” opening statements and closing arguments. Mr. Brady graduated from Northwestern University and Loyola Law School.
