Todd Walburg (Chair) is a Parter at Cutter Law, PC, with offices in Oakland and Sacramento. He has been handling products liability cases for almost twnty years, beginnning his career at Bennett & Johnson, and the practicing for over 10 years at Lieff Cabraser, where he was a Partner and Chair of the Auto and Transportation Practice Group. He received his BA from UCLA and his JD from USF, where he started a student chapter for ATLA. Todd was awarded the Leesfield/ATLA Scholarship in 1998, which allowed him to attend his first ATLA Convention as a law student. He has handled cases all over the country incolcing vehicle defects, exposions and fires, tobacco litigation (including 5 jury trials), class actions, mass torts, Takata exploding airbags, General Motors ignition switches, Toyota unintended acceleration, and pharmaceutical and medical device cases like Vioxx, Fen-Phen, Guidant, and Medtronic. Todd has been named a Rising Star and then a Super Lawyer for Northern California for the past 10 years. He was appointed to the Plaintiff's Steering Committee for the Toyota Unintended Acceleration Cases in California,

James Mason, PhD is a Senior Engineer at ARCCA specializing in mechanical failures. He performs analyses of failed consumer and industrial products/equipment and machinery design/failure, as well as metallurgical laboratory analyses. He also conducts engineering evaluations and provides analyses and opinions on the fracture and fatigue of metals, plastics, and welds. Dr. Mason has experience with medical devices and routinely conducts investigations of failed consumer medical devices, including fracture/fatigue crack analyses of orthopedic implants, plastics, and the complex interaction of materials with the human body. Dr. Mason has a PhD in Solid Mechanics from the California Institute of Technology, and both a Master of Science in Materials SCience and Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. He has also received a Professional Science Master's Degree in Biology from the Illinois Institute of Technology. 

Andrew McDevitt is an attorney at Walkup, Melodia, Kelly, & Schoenberger. Prior to attending UC Hastings College of the Law, Mr. McDevitt graduated magna cum laude from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo with a degree in mechanical engineering. He uses his engineering background to work on a broad spectrum of personal injury and wrongful death cases, with an emphasis on products liability, automobile and trucking defect collision cases, premises liability, and government tort liability.
