Sara Peters (Chair) is a Partner prosecuting complex and catastrophic personal injury cases at Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger. She coaches mock trial at Stanford Law School (where she received her J.D. in 2008) and is a contributing editor for the Rutter Group 2015 Claims & Defenses practice guide. She serves as Co-Director of Attorneys Bettering the Community, a local non-profit, and as CLE Vice Chair of the BASF Barristers Litigation Section.

Beau Burbidge is a parter at Walker, Hamilton, Koenig & Burbidge, LLP, where he represents individuals who have been seriously injured, victims of police misconduct, and insurance policyholders in bad faith litigation. In his career, Beau has tried numerous cases to verdict and has successfully argued before the Ninth Circuit and the California Court of Appeal. He serves on the Board of Directors for SFLTA and has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers since 2013. 

Kirsten Fish joined Needham Kepner & Fish in 2002. She focuses her practice on personal injury, wrongful death, and elder abuse litigaton. Ms. Fish is the author of "Litigating Financial Elder Abuse Actions" in CEB's Califonia Elder Law Litigation: An Advocate's Guide. She is also a frequent guest lecturer, and has taught Legal Research and Writing to first year law students at Lincoln Law School in San Jose since 209. In 2014, Ms. Fish was named SCCTLA's Tril lawyer of the Year and CAOC's Street Fighter of the Year.

Valerie McGuinty represents plaintiffs on appeal, specializing in affirming plaintiffs' verdicts and overturning summary judgements. She serves on a number of boards. She was CAOC's 2016 Marvin E. Lewis award recipient. In 2015, she was a final nominee for CAOC's Consumer Attorney of the Year. In 2014, she was CAOC Street Fighter of the Year.
