Scott Sumner (Chair) handles plaintiff's catastrophic personal injury cases. He is a sought-after lecturer on the topics of trial practice, medical reimbursment claims, and the collateral source rule. 

Andrew McDevitt (Chair) is a trial attorney at Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger. He has successfully tried ad resolved seven and eight figure plaintiff product liability, wrongful death, trucking defect, premises liability, and civil rights cases. 

Amanda Greenburg of Shapiro Settlement Solutions offers lien resolution services, education, and advocacy focused on plaintiffs in single event personal injury cases. 

Valerie McGinty represents plaintiffs on appeal, specializing in affirming plaintiff's verdicts and overturning summary judgements.
