Community Involvement Projects for 2010

December-January 2009-10 - SFTLA hosted a warm clothing drive to benefit the Opiate Treatment Outpatient Program of San Francisco.

January 2010 - Chuck Geerhart and Shannan Dugan paid a visit to Morrisania West, a non-profit organization that focuses on at-risk high school kids, and spoke about the Civil Justice System.

March 3, 2010 - Shannan Dugan and Spencer Pahlke spoke at Mission Dolores Middle School about the civil justice system and juvenile justice.

March 24, 2010 - Amy Eskin and Ingrid Evans presented on the civil justice system for Youth Employment (MYEEP) - Community Educational Services.

May 10, 2010 - Shaana Rahman, Chuck Geerhart and Amanda Inocencio visited Francisco Middle School to present on the importance of the American justice system. 

May 13, 2010 - Shannan Dugan traveled to Arroyo High School and presented to the Future Leaders for Social Change Academy.  She talked about the juvenile justice system with the class and discussed the differences between the adult justice system and how it works for minors.
