    Summary

Every lawyer has a case where their client's excess speed may be a negative factor. However, speed is only one factor in determining fault in collisions where a client is going twice or even three times over the posted speed limit. You can still be successful in whole or in part on liability in such matters depending on the circumstances of your case.

In this webinar, Tina D. Radimisis, Partner at JEWELL RADIMISIS JORGE LLP will outline the circumstances of her recent case, which involved her client's excess speed, and will discuss how LISKE Accident & Injury Experts helped her to turn a case that initially looked hopeless, into a half a million-dollar settlement.

David Liske, CPE, ACTAR, CEO of LISKE Accident & Injury Experts, with over 30 years of experience in Accident Reconstruction and Human Factors, will take us through his company’s approach in factoring the causes of an accident.
